Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps

I ve had severe menstrual cramps for the last 15 hours. I took a hydrocodone/acetomenophin and it did nothing to even dull the pain! Even a heating pad isn t working. I m on bc pills and still have an entire week of pills and normally wouldn t get my period for another 10 days. Wondering if I could possibly be pregnant and this is implantation cramping? I forgot to take one of my pills two weeks ago but doubled up the next day. I m nervous that I might be pregnant and don t want to harm my baby by continuing to take bc pills.
