Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps

Hi there, Im just wondering if you could help me out. I am 18 years of age and yesturday I got my period but before i did get it i had real sharp stabbing like pains and then i got my period and the pains have just be getting worse, when i cough it hurts, when i walk it hurts, i have to curl up in a ball on my bed just to stop the pain not only that i am bleeding out small clots of blood? are you able to help me?????
