Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Cramps

I'm 18years old, I experience harsh menstrual cramps every two months, and the month between the cramps are not hard, in addition, everytime I have the hard cramps, I don't have a normal bleeding, I heard about an injection, can it affect me in the future (pregnancy)?
