Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Pain Due To Fibroids

Hi, I am married from past four years and had an abortion too.I have been diagnosed with fibroid recently that causes severe menstrual pain.I have been advised to take maftal spas but no surgery until I plan baby.If I take one tablet every month during menstrual cramps will it cause any side effect on my health until I conceive?

Abdominal pain during menstruation occurs due spasmodic contractionof uterus....and it increases when some pathology is there ...like fibroid or mass etc. Meftal spas just causes relaxation of smooth muscles and hence releaves abdominal pain. So taking it once a monthh is not going to harm you...and better to remove fibroid surgically when your dr. Advise.....
