Suggest Treatment For Severe Middle Ear Infection

I have a bad middle ear infection, I m on my 2nd round of oral antibiotics and I got a shot in my lower back muscle as well still no relief,how ever tonight I bent over to dry my hair and clear fluid ran out of my nose,I m was not snot at all. I m concerned what it could be

If the fluid is clear you dont need to be worried but Consult nearest ENT specialist for proper checkup.
