I,am 66yr old male had tramatic brain injury 8 years ago had a tbi,stroke. thank God I,am having trouble I think my doctor said suder ballber somrthing. I also ptsd crornic panic attacks,iam on Lexapro 20 mg right now I hsad a severe migraine two nights ago. I ,am having multible panic attacks along with fight and flight and feel what is left could my lexpro need adjusting I,am also on colonapin

Hello,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. The worsening of a headache could be related to anxiety also. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. You can take additional analgesics like tramadol and gabapentin also.
