14 to 16 migraines a day. had vision checked 2 mnonths ago. Now vision is so bad even with glasses and contacts I can hardly see. I have black spots and what looks like black hairs in my vision all of the time and even with lights on I have very hard time seeing things.

Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having severe migraines and vision problems. Migraines will not result in permanent diminution of vision. The vision problems in migraine are transient and will become normal once the acute episode of migraine subsides.
Since you are having poor vision you require eye examination by a ophthalmologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment.

Hope this is helpful to you.
