Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Headache

I have suffered with migraine headaches since I was 10 years old. my mother has them, and also my daughter. I have notice my body is extremely tense when I get frequent headaches on a daily basis, can control my tension, and is stressful situations normally when I get worse. I was contemplating on a muscle relaxant that would relieve my tensions. I have talked to therapist to handle my emotions and trying to continue on that as well, but I do need some extra help at this time.

I really appreciate your concern, maigraine is more less is functional condition ans it may trigger with emotional stress, better to come out of this condition and this is nothing to worry, because everything woule be fine soon, try some relaxation therapy, aerobic exercieas, hope this information helps, take care.
