General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your persistent muscle cramps in the upper and lower extremities I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a condition called hypocalcemia

In view of this please do the following test
Serum calcium
Serum creatine kinase

Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile take some calcium and apply a balm pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
