Hi,
To make available all these facilities will not give relief from your problem unless you find out the cause of having muscular pain and treatment of this ailment.
There are few causes producing chronic muscular pain.
There can be having osteoporosis, osteomalcia, vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Iron deficiency, neuritis etc.
Go for blood testing of Calcium, vitamin D3, iron etc.
After all reports your doctor will go for treatment accordingly.
Take high nourishing protien diet.
Ok and take care.
