Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion, Headache And Nausea
13 year old male with 4 days of fever that got higher and tonight 104. congested nose. thick nasal discharge. headaches. weak. nausea. vomited only once. before fever started two days of cold symptoms with increasing weakness. can that just be a sinus infection or something more else?

According to the symptoms, you describe it can be a sinusitis or sinus infection.
You can use antibiotics preferably augmentine. Also, you can use antihistamines such as benadryl or cetirizine.
Also taking Tylenol or Paracetamol for fever.
Rinse nose often with saline water.
