Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion

My left nostril has been congested for nearly a year. I had a scan done and there is nothing blocking that nostril, but I still can't breath. I was given nasal spray from a specialist, but it doesn't always work. I can't sleep at night because I can't breath out of my nose. I just want to breath. Can you help me

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain blocked nostril or congestion can be due to a number of reasons like Chronic sinusitis, sinus polyps, overuse of decongestants, deviated nasal septum, allergies etc..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now do steam inhalations, do saline nasal irrigation, take steroid nasal sprays and take decongestants..
Do warm compresses around the nose in the area of sinuses..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
