Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea While On Mirena IUD

I've had mirena iud for over 5 years it's expired and the last few days I've been experiencing a great deal of nausea. Things that didn't make me sick before are making me nauseous now or smells that make me sick to my stomach. I've been having headaches, pain in my breasts, fatigue, pain in my abdomen, white discharge (more than usual), heightened sex drive, & bloating. Could I be pregnant? I haven't taken a test because I feel like I'm just being crazy, but since al of these symptoms haven't gone away in getting concerned. Can I get pregnant with an expired iud still in place? Should I take a test? Please help!

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If mirena has expired, there is a chance of pregnancy. If pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. Get the mirena out and insert a new one if you don't want pregnancy. Hope it helps.
