Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain After Taking Lyrica

I am taking 100 mg of Lyrica in the evenings (10 weeks now) to treat my problem: left arm tingles into my hand from my neck down and I don't get a full nights sleep. I have recently continued PT (had to stop Nov 1st because I then became Medicare first patient and it was necessary to continue my PT for my left ankle - a fusion since June 13th). In January I started using a bone stimulator to help the fusion and in February we suspended the PT for the ankle ... so I contacted my neck doctor to request a script ... because I was now walking with a clunky boot for a little bit longer times and I could feel my back/neck being strained. Last week I went back to using my knee scooter ... but I think damage was already apparent. I started my neck PT last week W and F and the attendant said I have severe neck spasms. (both right and left) ... i have not slept a full night in 3 nights and now my neck can't turn left or right and to swallow hurts and my head and eyes hurt ... can't hold my head up by itself too long. SO MY QUESTION: what can I take while on Lyrica to help deter some of this pain OR do I stop Lyrica and try something else?
