Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Hellow sir !!!I have been suffering from neck pain i cant evn sleep bcoz of pain its in the backside of neck nd i feel pain in muscles only right and left bt not in the middle so my mom suggest me to take neurobian forte to relief the muscles pain,,, Is that fine ?? Or should i take any other medicine????

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a muscle pain. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local application and warm compresses for relieve.
