General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
the problem you are presenting could be due to the bulging disc .The neck region is a region with many nerves, muscles and vertebrae. With a bulging disc, compression on some of the nerves is possible. When any is compressed, the effect can be felt in all parts of the body to which the nerve leads. This can explain the shoulder pains, numbness and tingling in right arm.Treatment options may include pain medications like ibuprofen, myorelaxants, oral or injectable steroids occasionally, physiotherapy.
You may try some of these options and if pains should persist, you see the Doctor for examination.Your Doctor may help you to understand the treatment options better and prescriptions.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
