Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Hi, I have damage nevers in my neck that cause neck pain and makes me have bad head ache, I have hycodone to take. I take propanol to help prevent the and gabpentinin. My question is is there something over the counter I can try for my neck pain and lower back pain I have disk rubbing together I ve had Mai s done. Tylenol, Advil, Alene, ibfern don t help. Do you know anything different. Thank you.

Hello,

Naproxen can help improve your situation. I would also recommend a muscle relaxant, like Flexeril.

If you can find an ointment with a combination of Ibuprofen or Diclofenac and a muscle relaxant to use locale during the massage, it would be helpful.
