Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Hi . I am having sever pain in my neck...can barely turn to my right side. I did slip on ice about 3 weeks ago...x-ray impression says loss of cervical lordosis, c5/c6 mild grade 1 retrolisthesis...formainal narrowing at c5-c6 bilaterally, and anterolisthesis of c2 on c3...I understand most of what it is saying..but how serious can this be....to rate the chronic pain i would give it a 7 on a daily basis...
