Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Hi, am currently suffering for three days now with throbbing head above right eye and top of neck pain on same side and watery eyes. Have had sinus type problems for many years. I have a long standing drip to throat which leaves me with constant cough all year to varying degrees and constant throat clearing. also very bad breath problem. I snore loudly and cough a lot which interferes with my sleep and others. I am constantly tired and have foggy head. Also snort a lot. Went to ENT 3 or 4 years ago and given nasal sprays which have not helped and I have just put up with it but am so fed up now. My GP said probably Rhinisitis and given another nasal spray.should I ask for ENT appointment again/ Thanks.
