Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

my right side of my neck very hard and getting hard to move neck to left. I have a soft lump over the top of the spine at the top of my neck and have pain radiating down my arm. I feel off balance and find it hard to hear with my right ear. Also my yes very sensitive to the light
