Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Dear Sir,I am suffering with severe neck pain since last 2 years, when i go through the doctor, he said the problem with C2 area and suggested to wear the neck bandage. But still it is same, not cured.
What is the permanent solution to my problem?
