Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

I am prescribed 800mg ibprofin and 10mg cyclobenziprene for my back neck pain. I took one of each about an hour ago, then imediately questioned if I had taken them a 1/2 hour to an hour earlier. Unsure wether I had double dosed or not, I paniced and made myself vomit. I couldnt find the pills, but there was alot of vomit so I could have missed them. I then drank milk and ate a good amount of food including 4 slices of bread. I am 6' 250 lbs. I am not experienceing any symptoms, this was about an hour ago. Should I be worried?
