Suggest Treatment For Severe Nerve Pain

I am taking 30mg of cymbal tea I am taking 30 mg of cymbalta and have been for 12 years. I was placed on this 12 years ago for nerve pain. Now I am trying to reduce my dosage and wean myself off. I have been extremely dizzy, nauseated, and ached all over. In short, it has been miserable. I am 62 and do not have any major health issues.
