Suggest Treatment For Severe Night Sweats And Migraines

I m 56, female and premenopausal, I have moderately severe night sweats, my gyn. Does not want me on estrogen due to menstrual migranes with auras. She states that I m a higher risk for stroke because of this. Other than my age I do not have any risk factor. Do you have any information?

Maybe your suffering from the perimenopausal syndrome. Regular exercise and yoga may help.

Take green leafy vegetables and omega 3 fatty acid supplementation is useful.

Vitamin d, zinc, B12 supplementation may also useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
