Suggest Treatment For Severe Nose Pain

i got hit in the nose the other night. it bled some and the day after it still hurts. im suspecting the part that i hurt is called the columella (very bottom of the right nostril. it feels like it cracks and pops when i move it. there is no visible swelling that i know of. did i break my nose?

Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having fracture of small nasal bones giving you trouble.
Go for x-ray nose and see for fracture.
Meanwhile apply ice pack for some time.
Take some decongestant and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Ok and take care.
