Noted that you had profuse bleeding from the left nostril after blowing hte nose in the morning. he bleeding stopped after about 10 minutes to reappea after again on accidental blowing of the nose. followed by a blood clot every time. I would advise in such a case the following: Stop blowing, in fact even touching the nose as for now. Instill Xylometazoline nasal spray or drops whichever available. Ice cold compresses on the nose and an ice in the mouth the suckle. Check the blood pressure. Tests of blood, particularly for coagulation profiles. Consult an ENT Surgeon for nasal endoscopy and cauterization of the bleeding point if need be. CT scan of hte nose and the sinuses to rule out any cancer or a mass. I hope this answer helps you.
