Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Cough

severe pain I can t sleep sometime. and coughing in throat I think it is hiatal hernia. take zantec for gerd. it feels like someone it choking me all the time. bend over and can t breath. Dec 2nd I m have my thyroid removed will this help or is it a hernia? there are big nodules on thyroid. Thank you

Consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.

As of now, you can take antacids like tramadol for symptomatic relief.
