Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Numbness In Coccyx Area

I just had arthroscopic shoulder surgery. I had to be admitted to the hospital the day after because of severe pain after the epidural block wore off. i was realesed after one day and i am manging mostly ok. However I have a constant numbness in my cocyx area. What is causing this?
