Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Pressure In The Chest
I was in a fight and punched in the chest a few times last Saturday. I didn t pay attention to any pain at first, just because I knew I would be sore from the fight. 3-4 days later I was feeling pain in my left chest, right above my breast. It feels like pressure over my heart, like it is a huge bruise, it hurts to breath, move around, use my left arm and I feel like I am becoming winded very quickly. It has been 8 days now and it has been hurting more instead of feeling better. Just wondering what I should do?

From history it seems that due to heavy hit on the part there might be having fracture of one or more ribs giving rise severe pain while taking deep breathing.
Go for x-ray cheat AP view to rule out fracture.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
