Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Pressure In The Head

Sometimes while i am dreaming, I will starting experiencing the worse pain & pressure in my head and i can t tell if it is real or if i am just dreaming. This is not a headache or anything of the sort. It is a throbing pain as if my brain is expanding and contracting and is just getting ready to explode. In the dream, i feel alot of pain and pressure in my head and i start screaming....and then i wake up. The only thing that scares me is that when i wake up, i actually feel a little pain in my head. It s nothing like when i m dreaming...but this leads me to believe that the pain that i feel is happening for real, and not just in my dreams. It s kind of like a aftershock. I don t know what to think. Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of sleep disturbances is more in your case.
You are having bad dreams in night and related mild headache.
Dreams are nothing but our visual memories during the day time.
In my opinion, you are having stressful life which gives you such bad dreams.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Counselling along with anxiolytic drugs will definitely give you sound sleep without any bad dreams.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
