Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Pressure In The Pelvic Area

My name is Lacy. I m 25 years old. I have been having intermittent moderate to severe pelvic pain/pressure over the last few months and its starting to worry me. I m curious as to what it might be? I had Mirena implanted 2 years ago after I had my daughter, I have a maternal family history of endometriosis, and a personal history of HPV with cervical cell abnormalities. Any answers for me?

HI,
I understand your concern
There are various causes of heaviness in pelvic area_ Uterine fibroid/ ovarian cyst/ PCOd / polyps ) as you have Mineran .
In your case-
- You have mirena implanted since last 2 years. So your problem can be just pelvic inflammation ( following careless management of the devise )
- Both endometriosis & HPV are liable to cause such pain & ewndometriosis/ calrsinogenic effect of the virus )
* I would advise you for detailed examination by a gynecologist followed by investigations as per need & proper management the condition, )
thanks.
