Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain During Menstruation

Hi I have been taking levelen Ed for 15 years. I occasionally miss a month or two of my cycle depending on what s going on with my social calendar, I m 31 and for the first time after skipping my cycle for 2.5 months i am currently on an extra period. The Frist one was much more painfull than normal but less bleeding. The second started 6 days after going back on the hormone pills. Much more bleeding but less pain. Any ideas?
