Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain During Periods

Hi,

I am sushree from india.For last 2yrs i am suffering from heavy pain during the period(only 1st day).

Through ultrasound doctor found i have 2 endometriotic cysts in left ovary(15mm) and right ovary(33mm)

posteriorly.I took lupride injection for 3 months.Afterthat the size was reduced around right(30mm) and left(10mm).Can u please tell me wheather i

have to go for surgery?

If there is any problem relating to my pregnancy in future what precautions i have to made?
