Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain During Periods

hello doc.. i am 24 i get severe pain since beginning during first day of mensis..sometime the excessive pain leads to vomiting too..the flow is also too much during first 2 days...the doc has advised me naprosyn,pyricontin and haemup..how to take these medicines ..and are these ok to take or any othr advice
