Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain From Foot To Shin After Injury

Yesterday, I was playing around with my friend and kick him rather hard. I felt instant pain and could not put any pressure on it. A few minute a 2-2 1/2 inch yellow bruise with a circular red bruise in the middle of it appeared. I still am not able to straighten it or put much pressure on it. When I do my leg buckles and intense pain shots through my leg. Also my entire shin and foot are freezing cold to the touch. Did I break my leg? Or just sprain it?
