Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Bones, Low Appetite, High BP And Depression

hi im 47 have hypothyroidism,copd,double anaemia,just cleared a liver disease a yr ago,ive been very ill lately i seize up&every limb,bone n tendon hurts like hell,ive a 3yr old,n cant move at times,crave sugar only,no tastebuds,cant sleep,depression&blood pressure of 140/68 on average,wot does this mean?
