Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Both The Legs
I have been experiencing pain in both legs, most of which is located above my knees. Three months ago I was placed on large amounts of Prednizone to control an asthma flair up and the knee pain appeared. It is becoming more difficult to stand up from a sitting position. I regularly walk on the treadmill about 5 times per week for 30 minutes. I have gained about 12 pounds since beginning the Prednizone. Any ideas?

We have to rule out possible causes like peripheral neuropathy and vascular occlusion.
As a first line management you can take drugs like tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including a vascular Doppler.
