Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Feet And Ankles Of A Person With Spinal Stenosis

I am 84 with a severe case of spinal stenosis. It s affecting everything I do. I can t walk or stand very long (like for 2-3 minutes). My MD thinks it may be also be the cause of my neuropathy (non-diabetic) which is very severe in both feet and ankles. I am on Lyrica for the neuropathy and have tried various medicines for the back, including Robaxin, Skelaxin, etc., and I also have been to a pain management specialist for the deep steroid injections. Nothing has helped. I don t think surgery is a choice at my age, but is there any other that will give me some relief?
