Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hands Below The Elbow And Breasts

Hi Doc, for the last 3 days I am having severe pain in my hands between elbow and wrist. It starts in evening time, becomes intense at night and subsides next morning. Presently I am having Bifilac [ my house physician prescribed for 1 month for mouth ulcer problem] and just completed my course with Permethrin lotion [ my house physician prescribed for Scabies]. Please guide me about my hand pain.
