Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hands

My problem is from Nov 2007, pain in both the hands, tried different medical test without success kuwaiti doctors failed to diagnose the reason / cause of pain in writs / fingers and knees, because of this I lost my muscle power now I can't even lift up 1 Kilo weight ???
