Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Hip And Knee

On urgent surgical list for left hip replacement - severe pain with left hip,knee groin,- since fall ,tripping on patio stones about 8 wks. ago,,& with significant excrutiating pain on ambulation - CT scan has been ordered,since one ortho fellow felt there may be microfractures -xray revealed very severe injury & OA - what s the best medication for this unbearable pain have been in misery

I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
See , as you are suffering from severe pain , then you should take a pain killer that is quite effective against such kind of pain and its effect should last long.
If i were your treating doctor , i would have prescribed you either voveran-sr , or delpodol-p(i.e. combination of tramadol and paracetamol).
