Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Inner Thigh

my friend has ms and recently lost power in her legs sh got sever pain in her inner thigh and the area is very hot .... she has seen many doctors an had lots of tests for fractures musscle tears an clots but all think its just severe bruising by the bone , when she woke up this morning the sore area has now started to scab and is oozing lots of puss. Is there any idea what this could be ?
