Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Leg And Bruising After Injury

I was leading a horse and fell. The horse stepped fully on my inner right thigh with one hind leg. I am not able to support any weight on that leg. I only have pain when the muscles in the top of my leg are used. There is minimal swelling and slight bruising (just larger than a man's hand). This happened 10 hours ago.
