Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Neck, Back And Chest

I previously had a heart attack 2012 and has since been rear-ended in an auto accident, so I have severe neck back and occasional chest pain. 2 nights ago I had chest pains and took my nitro pills. It stopped in 1 hour. Last night I had the same pain, but did not take nitro pills. However today while putting lotion on my left arm I felt pain below the elbow, my arm has several discoloration marks and the vein itself hurts to the touch. It does not look swollen. I don t want to go to the hospital unnecessarily and I have a scheduled appointment with my family doctor. Should I wait for that or go to the hospital.

Hi friend,
The symptoms told by you may be due to nerve compression secondary to spondylitis or may be due to heart issues. You have also told the discolouration in hand and it may be due to inflammation in the wall of the vein. What is your blood pressure reading? What about the pain during exertion? Most probably it is due to vertebral column issue. Anyways, it would be in fitness of things to visit the hospital for further workout.
