Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Right Hand

My wife had an episode of unbearable radiating pain in right hand, admnistered with Methylprednisolone 1g for 5 days, and her blood report says Neuro myletis optica or Devics disease antibodies positive. Currently on below medications . Can you please check and confirm if this line of treatment is correct ? 1) Eltroxine 100mcg (1-0-0)for last 10 years for Thyroid 2) Glycomet SR 500 (1-0-1) and Ameryl(1-0-1) tablet for Blood sugar 3) Gabapentin for pain on need basis 4) Cremafin syrup 15ml (1-0-1)for constipation 5) Omnacartil 40mg (1-0-0) - steroid 6) Azathioprine 50mg (1-0-1) - immune suppressant 7) Pantocid 40mg (1-0-0) - antacid 8) Shellcal CT 500mg - (0-1-0) - calcium supplement
