General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in knee joint after replacement surgery is a common factor and can remain for 6 months. But pain even after 6 months indicates some chronic cause like nerve impingement. Pain in the knee upon movement after knee replacement without any fever can be pressure symptom and an MRI would point out exact cause. You should discuss this with your doctor, get investigated and treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
