Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Shoulder, Hip And Knee

Thank you. I have a number of chronic pain areas as well as bursitis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, fatigue, chronic pain etc. I use a walker and in November fell over it while being full of groceries. Am in desperate shoulder, hip, spine, knee etc. pain. Have done without medication but am having a hard time enduring all this pain. Suggestions have drastic side effects. What would any of you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern, the best thing to come out of the pain condition is to build up the pain bearing capacity with what ever the medicine you are taking for pain, if you go bearing the pain as hard as you could then the times comes when you would experience the natural analgesic effects else taking potent analgesic is not advisable hope this information helps.
