Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Tailbone Due To Moderate Fluid In Cul De Sac

Hi I have had tremendous pain since June of 2014 in my tailbone/coccyx area. I went to my primary and she requested I did an MRI of my lower lumbar spine and nothing showed up. I then went to an orthopedist and he said I need to see my gyno. I went to my gyno and he said theres nothing there. I went to a pain management doctor and he ordered me an MRI of my pelvis. I went for the MRI of the pelvis and it stated I had moderate fluid in my cul-de-sac and said I needed a pelvis ultrasound to follow. I did a pelvic ultrasound and they affirmed the fluid. I still have no answers. I am in agonizing pain. I cannot sit (I use donut pillows) and I cannot lay on my back I must not sleep on my face. I do not know the next place to seek. No one has helped me solve what is wrong with me. I just want it taken care of and whatever is wrong to be fixed. Please advise?
