Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdominal Area

I all of a sudden on my rt side felt a twisting bulging pain and you could visibly see it like a spasm. it was severe pain about 30 seconds now pain is moderate and there is a bulge on my rt high abdomen to the side about 2 inches higher than my belly button level my low low back on rt side is hurting. I have been somewhat constipated this whole week and also about 2 hrs after this happened I started my period(reg on time). I also have MS so you know

We have to rule out possible causes like appendicitis or renal stone. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
