Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ankles

I woke this am with severe pain in my left Achilles . I was fine when I went to sleep. I recall one ( can t recall which one ) of my prescriptions detailed a side effect of possible Achilles issues that could occur up to a year after using .. Can you shed any light on what I am experiencing ? Thanks!

Pain in ankle due to fracutre of ligamenta just go for phsiothrapy and use analgesic like nubral forte or artifen and use p came jell 2 ic in day
